HANDLING EQUIPMENT

Designing and supplying handling plants serving technological machinery have always been a core part of FERROCAM production.

Thanks to the countless realized projects, especially for the steel industry, FERROCAM has developed a significant experience that guarantees a result in the best technical and economic conditions.
We typically supply handling equipment for steel bars production and treatment, made of a loading system allowing material input, sorting, singularizing, and movement to the next station for pipe-drawing lines, heating furnaces, quench lines, NDT machines, finishing lines, etc.
The handling equipment finishes with a discharging system which allows to collect bars on cradles with weighing and strapping systems.
The material handling is done through roll conveyors, chain conveyors, levers, rotary arms, selectors, stop lines etc. of various shapes and materials according to products specifications (temperature, roughness, ect.).
